Haircut of the mons pubis

There is currently a thread on our forum about the mons pubis. It’s an old debate I know, hairy or trimmed or bald? Brazilian or landing strip or triangle? Etc. I just started answering the question this morning and it made me think about a couple of other things.
I still find it very interesting how the shaved look dominates porn and subsequently affects how every girl under 40 keeps their pubic patch. I mean, I’m going to throw this out there – I have often been surprised by the types of girls who I have had the great fortune of removing the panties of, only to find they are either a) completely shaved, b) almost entirely shaved, c) waxed. Not models, just normal girls of different ages, and different types of girls too, girls who looking at them you would never expect to shave their pussy hair. It’s kind of normal now to shave or trim, I do believe.
Are women really consuming that amount of porn, is it affecting their perception of how they should wear their hair down there? Or is that not even true, is it just a coincidence? Will sporting some hair ever come back into fashion? Is shaving a fashion thing or a health thing? Why am I asking so many questions? Does anyone even care? I’m not a fussy man to be honest, girls you can wear it however you like, it all makes me a happy man!
I love the look of a bit of hair, but when I eating, I like hairless.
I don’t think it’s directly connected to porn. What I think is that in recent years shaving the pubic hair is less a taboo as it was before, it’s a cleaner wear, and it’s more practical (just think oral sex). I’m glad many women do it because I like it bald, too. It looks better, it feels better and it tastes better. Porn does have to do with it, of course, but it hasn’t been the only factor I guess.
Note: The girl on the picture above looks beautiful, nice body and all, but I couldn’t really lick her in that state.

I don’t mind shaved, but it takes away from how feminine the woman’s sex is.
Then again, I don’t know how a non-shaved vagina tastes; my opinion might change sometime down the line IF I EVER GET LAID AGAIN!
I agree with Dreampage in that it’s not directly related to porn, current womens magazines are also to blame with them constantly reiterating the importance of waxing and shaving.
Plus I’m pretty sure that as we live in an age of regurgitation that hairy fannys will come back into fashion sooner or later. Personally, bald pussies do make for less hairballs when your tucking in.
Funny you should say that Hugh, when I went to Thailand one of the ladies I met had “hairballs”, she also had a huge clitoris, must have been 3 – 4 inches!
